The Customer Service in Assisted Living Certification Program covers the core elements of effective customer service, including examples from successful providers nationwide and provides comprehensive tools for evaluating customer satisfaction and your customer service program. The Certification Program includes our manual, an exam and a certificate. Receiving a 85% or better on the open-book exam accredits 3.75 NAB CEUs upon successful completion.

However, to receive 3.75 CEUs from NAB you must have a NAB registry number, which you can obtain by clicking here. Upon receipt of your completed exam, SeniorLivingU will report your grade along with your provided registry number to NAB. After the submission of your successful course completion, your certificate will be available for downloading from the NAB website.
