21. What happens if I don’t pass an exam on the first try?

If you do not pass your exam on the first try, we waive the retesting fee of $50 for the first retake. You will receive a letter in the mail notifying you of your grade and option for retaking the exam. If you do not pass the retest, there will be a $50 fee to receive another retest.
