You have two options to renew your Administrator Level One certificate. Many administrators choose to take the Level Two Senior Living Leadership Program. Created with input from a group of industry experts it incorporates the best practices from premier service-oriented companies within and outside of the industry. Level Two provides administrators with advanced knowledge designed to hone operational expertise and enhance leadership skills. Upon successful completion of Level Two, you will receive a certificate for the Level Two program valid for two years and a NEW Level One National Administrator Certification good for one year.
